View Rules ## House Rules The House Rules are incorporated in the Conditions of Sale terms and conditions which are accessible at www.XVENTUREPARK.com \(the "Conditions of Sale"\). All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them under the Conditions of Sale. ### PARTICIPANT SUPERVISION Adult supervision is required at all times for Participants aged 7 and below. ### HEALTH All guests must be in good health before entering XVENTURE and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell. ### SAFETY All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by XVENTURE staff and as stated on every facility in XVENTURE. ### OUTFITS As climbing, sliding, jumping and other physical activities are involved, we strongly recommend the use of long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion. ### SOCKS For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all visitors to wear socks at all times within the premises. Visitors are not to be barefoot and no shoes are allowed in the premises. The use of non-slip socks are required for all Participants under the age of 12. The management reserves the right to refuse entry if no non-slip socks are used. Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the reception counter. ### STORAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS You may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. Slippers will be provided for restroom visits. If you choose to use any locker or storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing any valuables there. All strollers must be folded before putting into our designated storage area. No strollers / prams / travel systems are allowed in any of our play areas. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any locker or storage facilities or area at our venue \(whether arising from our negligence or otherwise\). ### NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas. ### CLEANLINESS XVENTURE strives to keep our premises as clean and comfortable for all. We reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. We seek your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself or your child. ### DISCIPLINE We do not condone bullying, discriminatory and violent behaviour. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behaviour or uses harsh or abusive language within the premises will be asked to leave the premises and if the situation warrants it reported to the police. Any damage caused to the facilities through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against you. You are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the same. ### FIRST AID ASSISTANCE In the event of any mishap or accident, please report it to the nearest staff at sight so that immediate assistance could be rendered by our certified first-aiders who are on duty. ### OPENING HOURS We reserve the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. We may from time to time have to close our premises \(or certain areas of the premises\). We will endeavour to provide you with as much notice of any such closures as possible. For the avoidance of doubt we are not obliged to compensate members for any closures. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these House Rules at any given time without any prior notice. ### WEATHER CONDITIONS Some activities may be suspended during adverse weather conditions such as thunderstorms for safety reasons. ### AGE & HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS Certain activities may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons. Guests should check with staff before participating. Last updated: October 2025 ### GENERAL These House Rules relate to the premises and facilities and on admission apply strictly to all visitors to the premises, apply to all users of the facilities and any person undertaking any activity in the premises known as XVENTURE. These House Rules are incorporated into the Conditions of Sale of any ticket sold or issued permitting entry to the premises and the facilities and the use of such by any person. Full conditions of sale are available at [www.Xventurepark.com](http://www.Xventurepark.com) All visitors and facilities users agree to strictly comply with these House Rules and have been advised of and are aware they must always comply with these House Rules. XVENTURE means \(KIZTOPIA HONG KONG SPORTS OUTLET LIMITED, 4/F \(PORTION\) KORNHILL PLAZA \(SOUTH\) 2 KORNHILL ROAD QUARRY BAY\) ### TICKETS Each ticket to XVENTURE admits one \(1\) person or Participant only to the premises and permits only one person use of the facilities or participation in the activities therein. The minimum age for entry is 6 years old. Entry via a single-use ticket is valid for a single admission, no re-admission after exit is permitted, all tickets are non-transferable and strictly for the use of the person permitted entry and stated on the Waiver \(\) . No exchange of or change of entrants or of Participants is allowed in any manner. ### PARTICIPANT SUPERVISION Adult supervision, in a direct manner is required at all times in respect of Participants or entrants to the premises and users of the facilities or engaging in activities that are between 6 to 17 years of age. Adult supervision is required at all times for Participants aged below 12 and take full responsibly. Any accompanying adult must be aged 18 years or above and such adult is aware that under the conditions of sale and waiver agreement such adult accepts full responsibility for the direct supervision of, the conduct of and the safety of any non-adult person on the premises or in the facilities who is a Participant. ### HEALTH and FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES All visitors to the premises and users of the facilities must be in good health, physically and mentally and able to competently use the facilities and participate in activities therein before entering XVENTURE and shall comply with all and any applicable public health directives. XVENTURE reserves the right to refuse entry to or to remove any person who appears unwell or unfit to participate in any of the activities and/or who appears unable to physically or mentally act in a manner that is safe to themselves or to others. All persons on or at the premises must assess their own suitability \(and that of any Participant under their care in the case of a non-adult Participant\), including taking into account their age, height, weight, and physical condition and personal ability. Any failure to personally correctly assess and ensure personal suitability, improper or unsafe use of facilities, or failure to follow instructions or safety rules on the part of any ticket holder or person supervising and/or responsible for a non-adult Participant shall be grounds for removal from the premises. ### INHERENT RISK NOTICE Visitors to and users of the premises and the facilities acknowledge that participation in all and any Activities therein involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions or impacts. The activities also involve being at height, climbing, jumping, impact, and may in some cases result in physical contact with other Participants, and in many cases involve an element of required physical exertion. The environment of XVENTURE gives rise to many inherent risks that may result in injury, serious harm, or death and should any ticket holder, user of the premises or Participant in any of the activities, be unable or unwilling to accept such inherent risks, then that person or person in a supervising capacity over a person between 6 and 17 years of age should ensure zero participation in the activity or activities concerned take place. ### SAFETY All visitors on or at the facility and the premises must adhere strictly to all and any instructions given by XVENTURE staff as to activities, as well as note and adhere to all safety signage and all rules at each and every play or activity area or zone and not all of such proximate to such area. Failure to comply with any posted signage, any rules as to conduct or any other non-compliance shall result in immediate removal from the premises of the person concerned and suspension of participation in all and any activities and any use of the facilities or the premises; no refund shall be made in the event of a removal under this safety part. ### OUTFITS AND CLOTHING As climbing, sliding, jumping, and physical activities are involved, appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Long sleeves and long pants are strongly recommended, as is padded wear, all of which may reduce risks of abrasion and injury. Hard “body amour” of any type is not permitted. ### SOCKS For hygiene and safety purposes, socks must be worn at all times. No barefoot attendance in or on the premises is permitted; wearing of shoes is not allowed. Non-slip socks being worn is mandatory for all Participants and all activities. XVENTURE reserves the right to refuse entry for non-compliance or remove any person not complying with this House Rule. Non-slip socks are at all times available for purchase and should owned socks be used the prior approval of such by staff of XVENTURE is required; and the opinion of such staff shall be final as to suitability. ### STORAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS Footwear must be kept in designated areas and any storage facilities are provided for convenience only. This storage is not secure; visitors are advised not to store valuables at all and to not bring such onto the premises. All strollers must be folded and stored in designated areas. No strollers or child moving equipment is allowed in play or activity areas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XVENTURE shall not be liable for any type of loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings; the security of such shall at all times be the responsibility of the ticket holder. ### NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted in the premises or facilities. Food and drinks are prohibited in all activity areas. ### CLEANLINESS Visitors are expected to maintain personal and environmental cleanliness within the premises. XVENTURE reserves the right to impose a cleaning and sanitisation fee \(HKD 1,000\) for all and any incidents including vomiting, spillage, urine, bodily fluids. Visitors are at all times fully responsible for cleaning up after themselves or in respect of Participants between 6 and 17 years of age under their care. ### DISCIPLINE AND CONDUCT Bullying, discriminatory, aggressive, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited, this includes both physical and verbal types. XVENTURE reserves the right to remove any person engaging in such behaviour and may report any incidents to authorities where deemed necessary at its sole discretion. Any damage caused due to misuse of the premises, negligence, or unruly behavior will be subject to a legal claim to be lodged against the responsible party without notice. ### FIRST AID ASSISTANCE In the event of any accident or injury, or a suspected injury, this must be reported immediately to the nearest staff member; an immediate report and request for assistance must be made. ### OPENING HOURS XVENTURE reserves the right to modify operating hours, shorten or suspend playtime, limit activities, or close part or all the premises where necessary. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided however no warranty is made as to such notice. ### INDICATIVE BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS **Amber or Red Rainstorm:** XVENTURE remains open. **Black Rainstorm:** \- Before opening: Operations suspended until signal is lowered and may reopen approximately 2 hours later \- If signal persists until 3 PM: XVENTURE remains closed for the day \- During operations: XVENTURE closes after current session and remains closed until signal is lowered **Typhoon Signal \#1 and \#3:** XVENTURE remains open **Typhoon Signal \#8, \#9 or \#10:** \- Before opening: Same as Black Rainstorm \- During operations: Same as Black Rainstorm ### AMENDMENTS XVENTURE reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these House Rules where reasonably necessary to ensure safety, operational efficiency, or compliance. ### 場地規則 \(HOUSE RULES\) ### GENERAL 本場地規則已納入銷售條款及細則（「銷售條款」）中，已獲安排入場人士，將嚴格適用於所有進入該場地的訪客；亦適用於所有使用該等設施的人士，以及任何在該場地內進行活動的人士。該場地稱為 XVENTURE。 此等場地規則已納入任何出售或發出之入場門票的「銷售條款」中；該等門票允許入場進入場地及設施，並允許任何人士使用該等場地及設施。 完整的銷售條款載於 [www.Xventurepark.com](http://www.Xventurepark.com)。所有訪客及設施使用者均同意嚴格遵守此等場地規則，並已獲告知及理解他們必須隨時遵守此等場地規則。 ### 門票 \(TICKETS\) 每一張 XVENTURE 入場門票只容許一（1）位人士／參加者進入場地，並且只准許一（1）位人士使用場內設施或參與該處的活動。入場的最低年齡為 6 歲。使用單次入場門票入場只作一次入場之用；在離場後不准許再次入場。所有門票均不可轉讓，並且只可供獲准入場及在免責聲明書（Waiver）中列明之該位人士使用。 任何方式下均不允許更換、替換或更改入場人士或參加者。 ### 參加者監管 \(PARTICIPANT SUPERVISION\) 就所有在該場地內的參加者／入場人士，或使用設施人士，或在該場地內參與活動之人士而言（其年齡介乎 6 至 17 歲），必須於任何時間以直接方式提供成人監督。 就 12 歲以下之參加者而言，必須全程由成人陪同及監管，且該成人須承擔全部責任。任何隨同之成人必須年滿 18 歲或以上。該成人明白並同意：根據銷售條款及豁免書（waiver）協議，該成人就任何並非成年人之人士（即為參加者）於場地或設施內之直接監督、其行為及其安全承擔全部責任。 ### 健康狀況 \(HEALTH\) 所有進入該場地的訪客及使用該等設施的人士，於入場 XVENTURE 前必須確保身體及精神狀況良好，並具備能力能夠熟練地使用設施及參與相關活動；同時須遵守所有適用的公共衛生指引。 XVENTURE 保留權利，拒絕任何看似不適或不適合參與任何活動之人士入場，或要求其離場；亦包括任何看似無法以身體或精神狀況以安全方式行事（不論對其本人或對其他人士構成風險）之人士。 所有位於或出入該場地之人士，必須自行評估其是否適合（如屬非成年人之參加者，則亦須評估該參加者在其照顧下是否適合），評估時須包括考慮年齡、身高、體重、身體狀況及個人能力等因素。 任何人士未能正確地自行評估及確保自身適合性、以不當或不安全方式使用設施，或未有遵從指示或安全規則（不論由任何門票持有人，或由負責監督及／或負責非成年人參加者之人士所致），均可構成要求其離場之理由。 ### 安全規則 \(SAFETY\) 所有在該設施或該場地內的訪客，必須嚴格遵守 XVENTURE 員工就活動所發出之所有指示；同時亦須留意並遵守每一個遊玩或活動區域或分區內張貼之所有安全告示，以及該等區域／分區的一切規則（包括但不限於該告示或規則在附近範圍內所示者）。 任何不遵從張貼告示、行為守則，或其他任何不符合規定之情況，均會導致有關人士被立即要求其離場，並暫停其參與任何及所有活動，亦暫停其使用任何設施或該場地；如因本安全條款而被移離，概不安排退款。 ### 服裝建議 \(OUTFITS\) 由於活動涉及攀爬、滑行、跳躍等體能活動，請務必全程穿著合適的服裝。強烈建議穿著長袖衣褲，並穿戴護具，這些都能有效降低擦傷和受傷的風險。任何類型的硬質「護甲」都不被允許。 ### 襪子要求 \(SOCKS\) 出於衛生和安全考慮，所有人員必須全程穿著襪子。 禁止赤腳進入或靠近場地；禁止穿鞋。所有參與者在參加所有活動時必須穿著防滑襪。 XVENTURE 保留拒絕不遵守此規定的人員入場或將其請離的權利。 防滑襪隨時可供購買。如需使用自備襪子，須事先獲得 XVENTURE 工作人員的批准；工作人員的意見為最終決定。 ### 儲物及個人財物 \(STORAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS\) 訪客可將鞋隻存放於指定區域。如使用本公司提供的任何儲物設施，建議訪客切勿存放貴重物品，也不要攜帶貴重物品進入園區。對於存放在本場地任何區域（包括儲物設施）的財物損失或損壞（不論是否因本公司疏忽所致），本公司概不承擔任何責任。 鞋履必須存放於指定區域，所有儲物設施僅為方便起見提供。此收納空間並不安全； ### 嚴禁外帶食物及飲品 \(NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS\) 為確保場內衛生及避免污染風險，嚴禁攜帶外來食物及飲品進場。所有遊樂區內禁止飲食。 ### 環境衛生 \(CLEANLINESS\) XVENTURE 致力維持清潔舒適的環境。如發生嘔吐、打翻液體、尿液或任何滲漏事件，本公司保留向相關人士收取港幣 1,000 元清潔及消毒費用的權利。請參加者與同行之家長合作，確保清理自身或其子女所造成的髒亂。 ### 行為準則 \(DISCIPLINE\) 本公司絕不容忍欺凌、歧視或暴力行為。任何人士如在場內表現出歧視、攻擊性行為或使用侮辱性語言，將被要求立即離開，本公司並會視乎情況決定是否報警處理。任何因不當行為、惡意破壞或誤用設施而導致的損壞，本公司將保留法律追究及索償權利。 ### 急救協助 \(FIRST AID ASSISTANCE\) 若發生任何意外或事故，請立即通知就近職員，以便提供即時協助。 ### 營業時間 \(OPENING HOURS\) 本公司保留在不作預先通知的情況下，隨時更改營業時間、縮短或暫停遊玩時間、或修訂規章制度的權利。本公司可能因需要關閉場地（或部分區域），並會盡力提前通知。為免產生爭議，本公司並無義務就場地關閉向會員作出賠償。本公司保留隨時修改、增加或刪除任何場地規則之權利。 ### 惡劣天氣安排 為確保訪客及職員的安全，XVENTURE HK 於惡劣天氣期間將執行以下營運安排。此指引適用於所有預約及即場購票之訪客。請於出發前留意香港天文台之最新天氣消息。 **1\. 熱帶氣旋警告信號** \- 一號或三號強風信號: 照常營業。所有室內活動及時段將按原定計劃進行。 \- 八號或以上烈風或暴風信號 開放前懸掛:場地將暫停開放直至信號除下。 開放期間懸掛: 如信號於營業期間懸掛，場地將該時段完結後關閉，請訪客配合職員指示安全離開。 當八號或以上強風信號除下時: 重新開放時間： 若信號於下午 3 時或之前除下，場地將於信號除下約 2 小時後重新開放。若信號於下午 3 時後除下，場地當日將維持全日關閉。 **2\. 暴雨警告信號** \- 黃色或紅色暴雨警告: 照常營業。所有室內活動及時段將按原定計劃進行。 \- 黑色暴雨警告 開放前懸掛: 場地將暫停開放直至信號除下。待黑色暴雨警告除下後約 2 小時重新開，若信號於下午 3 時後除下，場地當日將維持全日關閉。 開放期間懸掛: 場地將照常營業 **3\. 更改預約及票務安排** 因惡劣天氣（八號信號或黑雨）導致場地關閉而受影響之預約，可於原定日期起計 30 天內更改預約日期一次。請注意：所有已購買之門票恕不設退款。
