Single admission ticket for 120-min and 180-min; Family ticket package for 120-min and 180-min ## Do you offer an Annual Pass? Yes, we offer annual access pass "180-min Daily access for 365-day" ## Is there a "Spectator" ticket? No. Xventure operates on a "**One Person, One Ticket** " policy. All individuals entering the venue \(including guardians or those just planning to watch\) must purchase a valid entry ticket. ## Do I need to book in advance? While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking your time slot online via our website or Klook. This ensures your spot is secured, as we have strict capacity limits to maintain a high-quality experience. ## Can young children enter the park? The minimum age for entry is 6 years old, and for their safety: * Under 12 years old: Must be accompanied by a guardian \(aged 18+\). * One adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children age under 12 years old. ## What are your opening hours? * **Mon – Thu:** 12:00nn – 08:00pm * **Fri – Sun:** 11:00am – 09:00pm ## What payment methods do you accept? We accept ePayment only. ## Is the Electronic Liability Waiver mandatory? Yes. To ensure the safety of all adventurers, every guest must submit a signed waiver before entry. * **Aged 18+:** You may sign for yourself. * **Under 18:** A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf. **Tip:** Complete this online before you arrive to get into the action faster\! ## Are there physical restrictions for the Zones & Challenges? Some attractions have height or weight limits \(typically a 100kg max for harnessed activities\). If you have pre-existing heart conditions, back/neck injuries, or are pregnant, we recommend consulting a doctor before participating. We recommend flexible sportswear, track pants, or leggings. For safety, please avoid skirts, dresses, or hanging jewelry. As climbing, sliding, and jumping are involved, we strongly recommend long sleeves and long pants to protect your skin from potential abrasion. Please note that no shoes are allowed inside the venue play zones to maintain safety and hygiene. ## Do I need to wear special socks? Yes. All participants must wear official non-slip socks for safety and hygiene. We accept non-slip socks from **Xventure** , **Kiztopia** , **Bouncetopia** , and **Jumptopia**. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at our front desk. ## Can I bring my own food and drinks? Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. We aim to keep our venue clean and slip-free for everyone. ## Do you have storage or lockers available? Yes, we provide shoe shelves and storage units for your convenience. While we offer these facilities, Xventure is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we suggest leaving valuables at home. ## Do you offer corporate team building or parties? Yes\!
