While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking your slot online via Klook. This ensures your spot is secured, as we have strict capacity limits to maintain a high-quality experience. ## Can young children enter the park? Some challenges have height or weight limits \(typically a 100kg max and a 120cm min for harnessed activities\). If you have pre-existing heart conditions, back/neck injuries, or are pregnant, we recommend consulting a doctor before participating. We recommend flexible sportswear, track pants, or leggings. For safety, please avoid skirts, dresses, or hanging jewelry. As climbing, sliding, and jumping are involved, we strongly recommend long sleeves and long pants to protect your skin from potential abrasion. Please note that no shoes are allowed inside the venue play zones to maintain safety and hygiene. ## Do I need to wear special socks? Yes. All participants must wear official non-slip socks for safety and hygiene. We accept non-slip socks from **Xventure** , **Kiztopia** , **Bouncetopia** , and **Jumptopia**. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at our front desk. ## Can I bring my own food and drinks? Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. All children below aged 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit. ## What should I wear to Xventure? We recommend comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. **Long pants are recommended** for additional comfort and protection. ## Are grip socks compulsory? Yes. **Grip socks are compulsory for all participants** and must be worn while participating in Xventure activities. ## Can I wear shoes inside the activity areas? No. Shoes are not permitted inside the activity areas. Grip socks must be worn. ## Is there a weight limit? To ensure guest safety and optimal performance, select high-energy attractions operate under specific capacity guidelines: * **Individual Weight Threshold:** Up to 80kg per participant on designated attractions. * **Zone & Group Capacity:** Certain attractions cap simultaneous play at 10 participants or a combined structural load of 1,000kg. Specific safety rules are posted at each attraction entrance. Our crew members are always available to help direct you to the best experiences for your group. ## Is there a height requirement? Certain attractions require participants to be at least **109cm tall**. Access to attractions is subject to the applicable height and safety requirements. ## Can pregnant women participate? For safety reasons, participation in Xventure activities is **not recommended during pregnancy**. ## Can I participate if I have a medical condition? Xventure involves physical activities including climbing, jumping, balancing and other high-energy movements. Participants with heart conditions, back or neck problems, recent injuries or surgery, epilepsy, severe respiratory conditions, or other medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity are advised to consult a medical professional before participating. Please inform our team if you require assistance. ## Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes. All participants are compulsory to complete a waiver before participating. For participants under 18, the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. ## Can I leave Xventure and re-enter? Yes. Re-entry is allowed within your valid admission period. Please inform our team before leaving the venue. ## What payment methods does Xventure accept? Xventure is a cashless venue. We currently accept: * Visa * Mastercard * DuitNow QR * GrabPay * Touch 'n Go eWallet * Atome Cash and Boost are not accepted. ## What happens if my wristband is damaged? Please bring the damaged wristband and your proof of purchase \(digital receipt or booking confirmation\) to the customer service counter. A replacement wristband will be issued upon payment of a RM 10 administrative fee. ## What happens if I lose my wristband? Please present your proof of purchase \(digital receipt or booking confirmation\) to the customer service counter. Once your transaction is verified in our system, a replacement wristband will be issued upon payment of a RM 10 administrative fee. Unverified wristband losses will require a new ticket purchase. ## What behaviour is expected at Xventure? For everyone's safety and enjoyment, all participants must follow Xventure's park rules and staff instructions. Unsafe, aggressive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from an attraction or the venue. ## Can I take photos and videos? Personal photography and videography are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the safety, privacy or enjoyment of other participants. ## Can I conduct commercial photography or filming? Commercial photography, filming and content production require prior approval. Please contact our team for further assistance. ## Are pets allowed? No. Pets are not permitted inside Xventure. ## Is smoking or vaping allowed? No. Xventure is a strictly 100% smoke-free and vape-free facility. Under the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Act 2024 \(Act 852\), smoking, vaping, or using any electronic cigarette device within designated non-smoking premises is a statutory offence carrying a legal fine of up to RM 5,000. Participants who violate this policy are subject to statutory law enforcement action, immediate ejection from the venue, and forfeiture of their admission ticket without refund. ## Is alcohol allowed? No. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside Xventure. ## Is Xventure wheelchair accessible? Yes. Xventure is wheelchair accessible. Please note that individual attractions are subject to specific physical and safety requirements. ## Is stroller parking available? Yes. Stroller parking is available. ## Can participants with special needs visit Xventure? Yes. Participants with special needs are welcome at Xventure and should be accompanied by a parent, guardian or caregiver. Participation in individual attractions is subject to the applicable safety requirements. ## Are food and beverages available inside Xventure? While we do not operate a full-service café, participants can purchase a variety of cold drinks, quick bites, and snacks through our onsite vending machines and snack bar. ## Can I bring outside food and drinks into the venue? To maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and guest safety across all active play zones, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Exceptions are permitted for infant formula, baby food, and specific medical or severe dietary requirements. ## Is drinking water available? Yes. Bottled drinking water and sports beverages are available for purchase at our snack bar and automated vending machines located throughout the venue. For guest safety, personal glass bottles are strictly prohibited inside the play zones. ## Can I celebrate a birthday at Xventure? Absolutely\! Xventure offers **various birthday party packages** designed for action-packed celebrations. Birthday party packages require a minimum of **10 participants**. ## Is a party room included? Yes. A dedicated party room is available as part of our birthday party experience. ## Are decorations included? Yes. Decorations are included according to your selected birthday package. ## Do I need to bring my own birthday cake? Yes. Participants may bring their own birthday cake for the celebration. ## Can I bring outside food for the party? Yes. While we offer convenient catering add-ons, participants may bring external catering for private party bookings upon payment of a RM 200 External Catering & Sanitation Fee. Outside birthday cakes are welcomed at no additional charge with any birthday party package or function room booking. For health and safety reasons, all external catering arrangements must be declared in advance and are subject to a standard food liability waiver. ## Is a deposit required? Yes. A deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking. ## What happens if I cancel my birthday party? Deposits paid are non-refundable. However, the deposit value may be exchanged for selected Xventure products, such as tickets or merchandise, subject to applicable terms and conditions. ## Can I add additional items to my birthday package?
